March 2, 2007

The Stock Horse Challenge is all about finely-tuned cow horse bred athletes competing in a fast paced event with a high degree of difficulty.

The Challenge showcases the skills the working cow horse performs in his everyday duties handling livestock on the ranch.

Horse entered in the Challenge are judged on their reining, cattle working and roping abilities.

The Stock Horse Challenge will take place on March 2, beginning at 11:30 AM in the Indoor Event Center. Come and be a part of the "West At It's Best". Also taking place on Friday will be the sifting of the Pick Of The Remuda sale horses beginning at 7:00 AM, a preview of the sale horses on cattle beginning at 5:30 PM, and a large western trade show that will be open all day.
